Thank you for your order, whatever reason you have for returning an item, we are happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Returns can be made in store with us. Simply send us a message or create a returns form online starting the reason why you are returning and bring the items to the salon.
Faulty Goods
If a fault has developed within the manufactures warranty period an exchange or refund will be issued once returned.
Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, ALL products must be unopened and its original sipped condition for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been worn, opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund.
Returns Cost
In order to ship a return back to the supplier there will be a cost. This price will vary on the delivery company used and the customer will be charged as a result of this.
How Long Does A Return Take To Process?
We'll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email regarding th status of your return. Once processed refunds can take up to 14 days from the day your return is received to the supplier and a further 3-10 days for the funds to be returned to your account.
